A proud graduate of Washington State University (Go Cougs!), she studied Human Development and Psychology, setting the foundation for her career in human resources and operations.

Originally from Spokane, Washington, Rianna moved to the Seattle area after college and has called it home ever since. Before joining FP Transitions, she gained experience in operations and recruiting at KForce.

In her current role at FP Transitions, Rianna looks forward to mastering new technologies and serving as a reliable resource for her team. Her hands-on approach doesn’t stop at work; outside the office, Rianna is a DIY enthusiast who has taught herself countless home renovation skills through YouTube. She spends much of her free time playing board games, reading, watching movies, or hanging out with her dog, Miechen. She also makes an excellent breakfast spread, enjoys baking, and always has an audiobook playing while tackling household chores.
