Kiki is an integral member of the M&A Operations team at FP Transitions, where she brings a deep understanding of operational excellence.

With a knack for finding efficiencies and streamlining processes, Kiki is excited to leverage her experience from Kforce—where she supported a $65M portfolio and managed a team of 20 business development professionals—to enhance and elevate the strong foundation already set in place.

Born in Korea and adopted at eight months old, Kiki grew up in Ashland, Oregon. Her journey took her to Southern California, where she spent seven years living in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles before returning to Portland, Oregon, in 2010. With over 15 years of experience in retail at companies like Tory Burch, Anthropologie, and Free People, Kiki made a successful transition to staffing at Kforce. There, she held various roles, from recruiting and sales to MSP management and sales operations. Her outstanding contributions were recognized through multiple awards for operational excellence and participation in the Emerging Leaders Pilot Program.

Outside of work, Kiki enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her two little girls, who are her world. Passionate about adventure, she goes morel mushroom hunting with her husband and daughters every year. Kiki also shares a special connection with her birthplace, Jeju Island, which she visited on her 34th birthday—a number she considers lucky.

Kiki is thrilled to be part of FP Transitions, drawn by the company’s unique culture and the opportunity to immerse herself in a new industry. She looks forward to supporting the fast-growing M&A department, enabling consultants to focus on client engagement by handling back-office procedures.
