Cindy joins our team with a long list of accolades and a dedication to serving our clients with Northwestern Mutual. She’s well-suited to it, having worked for Northwestern Mutual for more than two decades.

Before moving to Milwaukee and joining that team, Cindy earned her paralegal Associate of Applied Science degree from the Central New Mexico University and her Bachelor of Science in technology management from the University of Phoenix. After moving to Milwaukee in 2003, Cindy earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She’s also certified in project management, technology training, and as a master coach.

In Milwaukee, Cindy spent more than 20 years working with Northwestern Mutual, finishing out her time there as their Director of Practice Management.

She was drawn to FP Transitions by the opportunity to have a versatile role that engages her leadership with Northwestern Mutual. Here, Cindy’s extensive experience and her knowledge made her a natural fit to help design and build opportunities for our Northwestern Mutual advisors.

In her role, Cindy acts as a liaison, a translator for industry jargon, a project timeline manager, a guide for compliance with Northwestern Mutual regulations, and more — all while serving as the primary point of contact for those advisors. She helps them through every part of the process in building their equity-based, transferable businesses while offering our clients top-tier service. From onboarding to valuation to legal, Cindy moves with our advisors along their unique journey.

When she’s not helping our Northwestern Mutual advisors succeed, you can find Cindy glamping in a state park in her fifth wheel or spending time with her youngest grandson, Atticus. Nerf guns, baking, building Super Mario Odyssey LEGO sets, and tossing water balloons are all on the table at grandma’s house.
